DKPersonalizedGifts.com accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. All packages are sent through USPS, UPS, FedEx, .DHL, or Spee Dee Delivery Service. DK Personalized Gifts is not responsible for any customs and duties or tariffs and will not reimburse these charges for any reason.  

Sales Tax

All items will be charged a sales tax.

International Shipping - DK Personalized Gifts will ship some of our  gifts to Australia, Canada, and other international destinations; however we cannot offer the same shipping prices and promotions that we offer to customers in the United States of America.

DK Personalized Gifts is not responsible for any customs and duties or tariffs and will not reimburse these charges for any reason.  

Returns and Exchanges

DK Personalized Gifts wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these products. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as DK Personalized Gifts cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Items without personalization can be returned. 

Any merchandise found to have a defect will be replaced with the same product unless a refund is requested. DK Personalized Gifts does require the defective merchandise to be returned, and a postage-paid envelope for the return will be included in your replacement shipment.  Our return policy for defective items is 30 days after they have been delivered.  You can read our full refund policy here.

Turn Around Time

While we usually meet the turnaround times stated on our website, due to forces that are sometimes out of our control (shipment providers not delivering on time, out of stock on a product, etc) we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the time frames stated on our website.  We will do our best to get your products to you in the time frames stated on our website, and we do so in the majority of our orders, but we cannot make any guarantees. The 8 to 12 day turn around time applies to orders in the continental United States.

In the unfortunate case that we should be out of something in your order, we will contact you by email immediately to suggest an alternative or provide an estimated timeline for delivery
